At Simply Sweets by Shanda, all items are made fresh and custom prepared. Because of this, we generally do not offer refunds once an order has been completed.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds may be considered for cancellations made with adequate notice before baking has begun.
Quality Concerns
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we can review the concern and work toward a reasonable solution.
Non-Pickup Orders
Orders that are not picked up at the agreed time may not be eligible for a refund.
