Orders

Orders must be placed in advance to ensure availability. Order availability may vary depending on schedule and product demand.

Payment

Payment may be required in full or as a deposit to confirm your order. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

Accepted payment methods may include electronic payment or other approved methods listed on the website.

Order Changes

Any changes to an order must be requested within a reasonable time before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they cannot always be guaranteed.

Pickup

Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the agreed time and location. Once an order has been picked up, Simply Sweets by Shanda is not responsible for damage that may occur afterward.

Product Appearance

All items are handmade and baked fresh. Because of this, slight variations in appearance, decoration, and color may occur.
